Any dry fire could damage your bow. The more "advanced" low stretch strings are harder on any bow as opposed to say a Dacron material... so if you throw in a dry fire obviously the problem is compounded.

So you used the 8-32 5/16" screws front and rear with no problems??

Ok guys, I have a new Exocet 200, should I remove the four scope mount screws and put blue Loctite on them? or should I just leave them alone and mount my scope... do they have Loctite on them from the factory?? I see some of you guys are replacing the factory screws with Torx screws... what size sc...

Give me the exact dimensions of the Torx screws you guys are using on your scope mounts... 8-32x??
