Re: Do you need a p.a.l. To hunt with a crossbow?
No p.a.l. required but if you were born after Jan 1, 1971 you will have to pass the hunters safety course to hunt in Saskatchewan. The Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Moose Jaw\Regina WMZ’s have crossbow and archery seasons combined. There are other zones that have them combined with muzzleloader as w...

Re: Deer Hunting in ontario
A firearm/bow and a deer license! It'll entitle you to a buck in any WMU in the province. Costs about $55, order online or at an authorized dealer. If the Havelock WMU has a controlled hunt, (usually for shotgun or muzzleloader), you need to apply before Aug 31. A controlled hunt takes place during...

another newbie question about targets?
Just would like some suggestions on good targets for broadheads? I have a delta mckenzie target that says it's good for both field points and broadheads. It was a lie! My broadheads cut right through it like it was warm butter! Which targets would you recommend? Or can I make a home made one that wo...

Where exactly are you hitting with your broadheads in relation to your field points and at what ranges?......also, filling out your profile may be helpful in helping you. Paul I'm shooting my archery target at 40 yards with an axiom. I'm using excalibur fir...
