Re: New Jersey turkey permit

With all the bears in and around Sussex County you would be better off with a spring bear tag, maybe some day for NJ.

I use Bohning Ferr L Tite. Allows you to take out or replace inserts and nocks.

Re: FOC Broadhead

Sew
Bought the FOC's and the 380 Matrix is ready.
Need to break the ice, six weeks and no shots. We have a little snow now, that may help.
The 405 arrived today and will use the same arrow.

Re: Twisted limb ???

Sew, I would rock the boat a little. Pull the string and check the limb tips, some have gotten loose, cracked and flew off limbs. Look at the groove where the string sits, are both the same? Also check limb bolts and those metal things, they are just called limb straps. There is enough room and the ...

Re: BCY Angel Majesty Serving

Just remember BCY located in Ct. makes majesty.
The Angel Co. makes angel majesty, they are in Japan.
You want angel majesty from D Miller.
Totally different servings.

Re: NJ Early Archery Opens Up-9.13.14

You can shoot all you want, the season is almost five months long, depending on the zone. Shoot a doe, call in or text the info and get the confirmation #. Keep on hunting without leaving the stand. One buck per season means one for fall bow, one for permit bow and one for winter bow. Then there's s...

? about C2 crank

The C2 is rated for the 405 matrix. I found that out at the show in Pa.
Does anyone know what cord material is used and what the tensile strength might be? Can the cord be changed to a stronger material?

Re: Report from the Harrisburg Outdoor Show

Was at the show yesterday. Made a point to visit the Excal booth. The new stuff is looking good. The current crank cocker can be used with the M405, an updated cocker is NOT needed. That could be a factor if you're concidering a 405.
Good show and well attended.

Re: Tiller Problem

Few more thoughts. The riser should be tight and square with the barrel. If you can take the string off, check the limb bolts and any others for that matter. Look at the arrows. If they are the stock arrows and fletching you may have a problem. IMHO the arrows should have a good spin on them. Try qu...
