Re: Matrix 330 to Micro Suppressor
That's great, wildcatter! Nothing like getting a new toy to get us out of the house, eh? Great groups for me at 30 yards. I'll set up my 40 and 50 yard targets tomorrow and see how it goes.

Re: Trigger Swapping
Micro finally arrived, and the trigger is just fine. I think I'll keep the stock trigger in the Micro and put a TT in the M330. Thanks, everyone, for your input!

Re: Matrix 330 to Micro Suppressor
Bow finally came in. WOW! So glad I got the Micro. Not too hard to cock at all. Also, I really like the trigger—much better than on my M330.

Micro 335 endless loop string count
Hi everyone, Been posting a lot of questions lately, probably because someone put my new crossbow on the slow boat to Hawaii and I've been itching for three weeks now to get my hands on it. My question is this: I make my own endless loop strings for my M330, and I use 30 strands of D-75 and .030 bra...

Re: Trigger Swapping
Thanks, sproulman. I'll leave trigger tinkering to those with more knowhow. I have to admit, I'm tempted. I'm a pretty handy guy willing to take most things apart, but I almost shot my brother when I was a young'un because the the trigger on the .22 I was holding had been "adjusted" and we...

Re: Trigger Swapping
There seems to be a theme here: buy another TT. I'll see how it goes with the Micro trigger (whenever the blasted thing decides to get here). I can't wait to try the TT, though. Thanks, everyone, for your input!

Trigger Swapping
I know trigger conversation on this forum has been just about worn through, but I still couldn't find an answer to my question from old posts, so here's yet another trigger question: I've had an M330 for a couple of years, and I never really did come to love the trigger. I just ordered a Micro 335, ...

Re: Accuracy with Diablos and Boltcutters
That's all I've ever used with my M330, and they've done right by me. The deer in my neck of the woods (axis deer) are notorious string duckers, and my bolts sometimes land off from where I'm aiming—usually a little high. I thought it might be a broadhead/arrow issue or a tuning issue, or even a &qu...

Flemish Twist Help
Hi everyone, A few days ago I got it into my head to build a Flemish twist string for my M330. I've been making my own endless loop strings for the last two years, but this was my first Flemish. After a dry run with some kite string, I made one out of 30 strands of black Brownell D-75; and after fut...

Re: Matrix 330 to Micro Suppressor
Thanks for all the input, you all. You helped a lot with the decision. I think in Hawaii "Big Boar" means a slightly more demure thing than on the continent. With my M330 at 30 yards, using stock Diablos and Boltcutters, bolts go right through. They will even travel quite a good distance l...

Diablo bolts on Micro
Hi all, I'm still debating whether to add a Micro to my collection. I already have a bunch of Diablo bolts on hand—how will they perform out of a Micro? Are there different spine needs for a Micro bolt? I'd rather not buy more bolts until what I have are used up. I don't target shoot beyond 50 yards...

Re: Matrix 330 to Micro Suppressor
Now there's a thought. I could buy a bare Micro 315 for about the same amount as the difference I would pay buying the Suppressor and selling the M330. I have an extra scope on hand. Then the trick would be convincing my wife that crossbows to men are like high heel shoes to women—you need at least ...

Re: Matrix 330 to Micro Suppressor
Mahalo, guys. Much appreciated. Paulaboutform, I'm curious about the accuracy issue. I never shoot at game beyond 40 yards, and 90% of the time 30 yards or less. How does your Micro 355 do at 40 yards? Are the accuracy issues due to the heightened impact of string centering issues when cocking, beca...

Matrix 330 to Micro Suppressor
Hi Everyone, I've gotten a bunch of great information over the last couple of years off this forum—thank you all. This is my first time posting. So, I'm looking at the new Micro Suppressor, and it's flirting back pretty hard. My biggest concern, aside from the outlay of cash, is that I won't be able...
