Was thinking about putting a spare red dot on my micro 355. What should I zero it too? Any recommendations?

I just picked up some of these and trying to figure out if they will work with my Easton quills on my 355.

Thanks that made more sense. So essentially inside 20 yards you can just use the magnification at which ever setting.
But if I want to shoot to 40 yards I need to set it at the magnification that it was sighted in at so the hashamrks correspond properly with the distances.

Some people are saying it’s the same as magnification one rifle scope which is what it appears to be to me. So what’s the point of setting it for your speed? And how does it help when the arrow is low or high. The manual said to adjust it up or down...but I don’t see how that affects anything other ...

Mixter, The first repair option if you wanted to fix the stripped out plastic on the cheekpiece are threaded inserts. You drill out the holes larger to fit the brass inserts and press them into the cheekpiece. Then you will need to get replacement screws. I did this modification on one cheekpiece, ...

How are you guys shortening the rope? Sorry pretty new to this and not sure what you mean? Just pull one end of the rope free from the handle. Go down about an inch and then tie a knot there. That will give you 2" or slightly more. Start there. Move the knot up or down depending on your prefer...

I have been reading that there is a common issue of the screws stripping the plastic on the cheek piece. Mine unfortunately are stripped and it won’t tighten. I was trying to take my time but it still stripped.
Is it worth gettin another one or are there better aftermarket options?
