Hi Ex_Cal. Can you give me a rough prognosis of what the MNR is suggesting? I only know that my successful deer hunts are tied into snow and cold. A delay or extension in the season in some areas due to Global Warming?
Thanks amigo. Erik out.

Re: X-Bow prices
You have "a great line" so go ahead with it. Never have understood people who want to argue over a great deal. Penny wise equals Pound foolish. That is a traditional British saying and it applies to you. Cheap begets cheap.

Re: uncocking safety
You like to learn the hard way. Cock bow, safety on, arrow in. Arrow out, safety off, uncock bow. No one gets hurt. I'll bet you will never forget this. Right? May your toes heal well.

Re: Ontario Controlled hunt - Extra Tags
Hi. Thank you for the positive replies and information. Joe171, I will post (once again) in Other Topics. I had some hits (20 to 30) there but no bites. We'll get 'em this time I hope/trust. Bellerivercrossbowhunter (boy, I think you should shorten that handle. One gets tired just typing it!) I will...

Re: Ontario Controlled hunt - Extra Tags
Hi. Can you tell me if your extra tags are coming from America, via Active Outdoors in Nashville Tennessee, or are they generated here in Ontario as they should be. If you have been following the saga in "Should our Government ship jobs out of Country?" in the Crossbow Hunting section, the...

Thanks Ont_Excal. These last two just don't get it. And they disrespect my wishes with their continued replies. Forget about them. Let's carry on.

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Hello. My petition is directed to residents of Ontario only, as it is an issue that originates here and only affects its residents. Please do not send messages from out of province or country, unless you are encouraging my endeavours to make a difference. I do not concern myself with what brand of e...

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Thanks for your interest you two, but this is only open to Ontarians as it applies to the game and fish we hunt/angle for in our province, whether we do it with a crossbow, slug gun, rifle, or rod. Otherwise, you could have signed the petition. Shame.

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Hi. Looking for like minded individuals/groups who care about our heritage activities of hunting and fishing, and who oppose to Americans collecting our personal information, taking away jobs from residents, and using our money (which is for our fish and wildlife) to mail us a license tag that is hu...

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Hi all. I have yet to meet with my M.P.P. as she is only available by appointment and is currently busy with House of Commons agenda. So, I am going ahead with the petition now, and I'll meet her sometime in the near future. There's room for 20 people per sheet and 5 sheets can be mailed for the cos...

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Hi all. I have the final draft of my petition to the Ontario Government ready to present to my member of the Provincial Parliment (M.P.P). She is a very good person, and I do not anticipate any objection to her accepting the charge of presenting this petition to the Ontario Legislative Assembly. Hop...

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country

As more information is accumulated, I will release it here in the Crossbow Hunting and Other Topics. Once established fu...

Re: Hang-On Stands References
I use Rivers Edge Bigfoot stands. About 15 pounds. Large platform. The seats are good, but I recommend an extra seat under your butt. Hunters Specialties Bunsaver is very good.
