Comprehensive TwinStrike YouTube Review

Here's a comprehensive review from CrossbowExperts on the Excalibur TwinStrike crossbow for those of you who are wondering if it's for you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFFOFndbMF0&feature=emb_rel_end The way I see it, the new innovations introduced in this bow will, in the future, probably m...

Re: WHY WOULD EXCALIBUR DO THIS?????

You did not take ownership nor did you address anything. You pretended like nothing happened. Not that you're owed an explanation, since you've proven that you fail to grasp the obvious. However I'll humour you. I apprised Peter of what went down, explained each and everyone's involvement (includin...

Re: WHY WOULD EXCALIBUR DO THIS?????

Your whole post shows lack of ownership of what you do.. On the contrary, I do take ownership, and addressed the issue. I am also able to take snide remarks, unlike some folks who only know how to dish it out, but go ballistic the minute they feel that they are the recipients. So like I prev...

Re: WHY WOULD EXCALIBUR DO THIS?????

You'll see the link if you scroll down to the bottom and put your curser over "EXPERIENCE" on the lower left. I'm thinking it is a common way for webmasters to get you to look at content. Lord help us if someone changes the location of the toilet paper! They should have an internet for ol...

Re: Excalibur TwinStrike Crossbow

I was just wondering how the MRSP was derived, then it dawned on me. Two rails, two triggers, two strings, two limbs, two arrows, two safeties. So of course :eusa-doh:  six units of twos.......$2,222.22.

Re: Hats off to Excalibur

xcaliber, are you suggesting the fellow we know as amythntr is going to overcome his indignation about a two shot bow, buy one, and then offer it for sale to his friends here? No I think Anthony learned his lesson. Of course it took him awhile to listen to my advice, but in the end he sold one of h...

Re: New Xbow for 2021

You guys are off your rockers! The trigger unit is actually simple especially if you compare it to some other trigger units. In no way are the limbs, the mainframe or the riser considered complex. This complexity of this bow is a fraction of that of the Assassin. After watching the review at: https...

I won't be surprised if he does. More than likely he probably got to "test" the pro-type.

Re: Excalibur TwinStrike Crossbow

I like the TwinStrike, But it's going to make it harder to Legalize crossbows for the archery season here in Colorado. Boo, you're going to have to make twice as many strings... :eusa-dance: Double the pleasure, double the "fun" ... and double the profit. Perhaps I should consider twistin...

Holy Crap.
CABELAS CANADA
$2222.99 + $288.95 = $2511,98 CAN
For that price, one can buy 3 Mag 340s and go triple or nothing.

The AXE 340 / Mag 340 are definitely a "HomeRun" for Excalibur, as for the TwinStrike...might be a "StrikeOut".
Only time will tell.

Re: Extra Limbs

I have two thoughts on extra limbs. One, If the truck that I drive hunting had to keep a spare motor and tools in the bed as spares, I would trade trucks! period! Second ,if the spares are the way you want to go, buy a riser as well. Have spare limbs mounted with string attached. ONE screw changes ...

Re: New Xbow for 2021

At a price point of $2,200 that means $1,100 per shot. The way I see it, one can reduce that price substantially by buying and using two Mag 340s.

Re: O/T Christmas

Indeed we are living in "interesting times". COVID-19 has changed our social mores and how we conduct our everyday lives. Christmas this year will be a new experience. However, no matter the changes, folks are still resilient social "animals". As a whole, we will persevere and su...
