Re: A little experiment with original limbs vs blemish
The only blemish I noticed was there was missing camo finish in one string groove. With the string on you can't see it at all. I wouldn't even call it a blemish lol.

A little experiment with original limbs vs blemish
I received my blemish limbs a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to see just how easy it was to install them. I am new to Excalibures so I never removed limbs or even relaxed them before so this was all new to me. I decided to check speeds for each set of limbs while I was doing this. My bow is an Exc...

Re: Can't make them fit..
The space is how Excalibur wants all the current bows. If you get new limbs, you get new hardware and you end up with the space between the recoil brackets and the limbs. I'm going to hazard a guess that they'd be happy to send you the hardware with or without a limb repair. Boo if you had to pick ...

Re: A good thing coyotes stink
That's great hunt and I appreciate the story behind it. I have only killed 3 yotes (2 bow and 1 shotgun) but they are lots of fun to shoot. Congrats on the big male coyote.

Re: Late to the party
It's great watching the light hit the mark, then pass through it. :D If you're interested in matching plastic nocks to the Luminoks Normous has enlightened me on this. Take a .5" 10-24 set screw and epoxy it into the plastic nock. I set it on my scale and add enough epoxy to match the Luminok ...

Re: Late to the party
My Lumenocks have been perfect so far. I have a dozen flat plastic nocks coming today that I plan on trying to match the weight of my lighted nocks. I have done this with my vertical nocks for years.

Re: Un-string a Recurve for Off Season
Is there any specific procedures to removing the string with Air Brakes? I was going to remove the 4 bolts per brake then cock the bow using the stringing aid. Then remove the 4 rubber pads and string then let the bow down. Sound correct? Yup. Remove the pads then remove the string. That easy. You ...

Re: Cracked/chipped limb need advice
Looks like it took a pretty good hit on something. Also looks like a pretty deep crack so I am not sure if I'd use it that way. I may be wrong but I'm sure others will be here soon with more crossbow experience than me and will comment. If it was me I would order a pair of limbs now and swap them ou...
