We are getting close. Bill A00924E passed the NY assembly yesterday. It was delivered to the Senate and has been referred to rules. This is a HUGE step.

Had a complete tear of my ACL in 03 at 45. Surgery was done with a few strands of hamstring to make a new ACL. Also repaired torn meniscus while in there. That's the only option for disabled hunters in NY since they don't allow crossbows. I have one and it isn't as user friendly as a crossbow for me.
