I can't help asking why you bought a crossbow 4 yrs ago? Some statements don't seem to add up to me. The zero challenge statement doesn't make sense if you truly hunted with a crossbow. This bill came up July 22nd 2004. The Rules committee is pushing it. I just found out about it yesterday when I received a email from Tommy Downey (NY Handicapped director for TNUSA). Take fishing line & string CDs on them, (aol cds that you can grab a bunch of work well). Any breeze makes them reflect the light available. It works to keep seagulls off our docks. Good luck
