Re: mechanical broad heads
Always use dental bands. Shooting aggressive 400+ fps crossbow I will never chance it.

Re: matrix 380
Kind of regretting selling mine. Zero problems and never any issues but after shoulder surgery I went with the Assassin 420 cause of the crank. Well the Assassin is on its 3rd set of limbs and my shoulder has healed...

Re: First Use of The Hawk Crawler
Made a little mod for the handle. You really need to twist the wingnuts balls tight to get the handle to stay in place but when hauling a deer or anything heavy the handle does not seems to stay straight without folding. Drilled a hole underneath the bolt/wingnut and added a spring clip. Much bette...

Re: Excalibur taking a beating.
So sorry to hear of your injury, and hope you get this resolved. Again, the best company to deal with bar none. If I were you I would get the heaviest arrows I could, and a fat Flemish String with extra strands until this thing is resolved. Maybe an extra set of limbs on hand as well. That's a rela...

At that price I hope they are not Chinese knockoffs..anyway I always use mechanicals. I like Grim reapers, NAP Spitfire Maxx and Rampage Traumas. 3 blade for me. A few bad experiences with anything 2 blade

Re: Excalibur taking a beating.
I think 380 is fast enough, and reaching beyond that with a recurve design is going to invite possible issues beyond the norm. I don’t know a lot about the materials, the process, or the testing practices but I gotta think this will be addressed and resolved. I’m an impatient person and stay away f...

Re: Excalibur taking a beating.
Starting to wonder myself. Does it have anything to do with Bowtech? New Assassin 420TD purchased in September had cracked limb after a few shots. Warranty dept. shipped out new limbs immediately which was great. I realize nothing is perfect so I was OK with this. My Matrix 380 never had limb issues...

Re: Deer cart upgrade
Mine arrived beat up but all parts where there I think. Were lock pins supposed to be supplied to lock the rear frame when unfolding? Instructions show the pin but it's not on parts list.
Also the handle came bent. It does not look to be from shipping but most likely from the manufacturer.

Re: Should I doctor Scrapes
Exactly there is a way different smell until it all becomes ammonia in the end. Spray doe p on a tree and then smell your pee even my crappy old nose can tell the difference. Lol. All the money spent on crossbow accessories bolts, scopes and lm gonna cheap out on a 6 dollar bottle of pee.........l d...
