Re: Still No Scope
New development on my scope. According to Excalibur, it was delivered and signed for on August 28th. The problem is it wasn't delivered to my dealer, and the signature wasn't from anybody that works there. So, my scope is out there sitting on a shelf in another dealer's store. Excalibured shipped ou...

I've got the Varizone that came with the bow, but I'm trying to not use it, so as to not mark it so my dealer can sell it as new. Re: Still No Scope
Please give me your name and RA# (if you have it) and I will look into it. If you shipped it to our Canadian office it will take a while to get since we are a long way from you. We have two warranty depots in the U.S. which is where all U.S. customers should send product to. If you ever have an iss...

Still No Scope
Still no scope from Excalibur, yet. They said it shipped over 2 weeks ago. I guess it's a lot farther from Arkansas to Canada than I thought.

Slick Tricks
Has anybody shot the Slick Trick 150 or 175 gr. Xbow Magnums? If so, any comments? I'm thinking of trying them. They're made right here where I live, but I've been shooting Bear Razorheads and Zwicky Black diamonds for so many years I've never had the opportunity to try them out.

Scope Shipped Yesterday
My Shadowzone scope has finally shipped. This has taken longer than I expected. I ordered my Exocet on June 18th, it finally came in on July 24th with the wrong scope, new scope was ordered July 25th, and the Shadowzone scope shipped from Excalibur yesterday. I wonder how long it will take to get fr...

Re: 13 Acres
Some time you don't need a lot of acres just the right acres I know a gentleman here in Arkansas that bought a 4 acre block that ran off a county road and up a draw between two ridges that were parts of much larger blocks of land. He put two box stands on the property; each within sight of the coun...

Re: big big problem here guys!!
Have you become irritable, yet? Neck swelling? Do you see every tree in your yard as an opponent? No? Well, hang on, because it's going to get worse. But not to worry, the remedy is just a few weeks away.

Re: Footedshaft fletchings
Feathers is all I've used in years out of my longbows. Of course, I was shooting off the shelf. I've fletched many 5" natural barred feathers on cedar shafts. When I started shooting some carbons out of my longbow, I went to white 4-fletch. Here's a fews pics of my longbow I made a couple years...

Re: A Little Different Feel
Thanks Boo. I've always just used string wax. I guess making string for longbows, I was just able to get by with it. I will pick up some stringmakers wax. Also, where's a good source for some .036 serving string? All I've got is some #4 nylon and .022 Crown serving string for longbow strings. D.A.

A Little Different Feel
I decided to work on making a flemish string for my Exocet last night, and once I started twisting it together I realized that it's a little harder to work with two bundles made up of 19 strands each of B50 versus two made up with two of 6 or 8 strands of B50. It just feels different to me. I guess ...
