I have had a few close calls on the ice. I only go out now if it's solid for my entire ride out. I like my ATV to be in the garage and not at the bottom of the lake....lol

The best one's I've seen are made out of plywood. A few years ago in Ohio, I shot a deer 1.5 miles away from the truck on a gas cutline. We had 1 day of safe ice down here on Lake St Clair! Lol

Last year in our annual group muzzleloader hunt all 7 deer were shot in the morning. 5 bucks and 2 doe. Even my archery buck in 2023 we're shot in the morning.
