Re: Any one shoot the RAGE!!
i use the 2 blade 100 grain and they work great, as noted above they do come unseated from the oring on ocasion but this not much of an issue, just check the head when loading the arrow. a plus is you can shoot target tips of the same weight all summer long and replace with rage the night before ope...

Re: Michigan baiting ban lifted
i am all for the ban being lifted, i have 3 foodplots(2 clover and one annual) on my 80 acres that have been there for years and the plots do not bring in the deer like a few apples and/or corn do. i am looking forward to actually seeing a deer within bow range this year because in the last 3 years ...

Re: shooting mechanical broad heads
Just a quick question, I've been shooting fixed blades since I started crossbow hunting several years ago. I know I always had to practice with my fixed blades because they don't fly like my field points. What I don't know is if I start shooting mechanical broadheads do I need to practice with them...

Re: Carrying xbow on an ATV
What are some of you using to carry your xbow on your ATV? I have a polaris 850. i use the kolpin grips also but on the rear rack of my polaris 330. each grip is mounted to a 10" long piece of 4x4 wood then zip tie the wood to the rack. the 4x4 gives me the clearance i need to clear the the st...

Re: Should I use Rail Lube / Wax?
I'm not sure what Jigaloo is, but I will look into it. I don't know if the wax affects my accuracy, but it's messy, even when shooting the bow. It's a hassle, for me anyway. jigaloo is a spray lubricant and available at auto parts stores.bright orange can. there is no odor after it dries.spray on r...

Re: Should I use Rail Lube / Wax?
I have been using the excalibur wax on my string and X Rail Lube on my phoenix (rail lube every three shots), as that is what the dealer reccomended to me. I notice that the insturctional video that came with the crossbow said to only use the wax on the string and let it work into the rail. Is this...

Re: I can hear!
Hi all, After being almost totally deaf for twelve years, I finally got fitted with special hearing aids today. I never realized how much I was missing. The first time I heard birds singing I broke down with several tears flowing. I'd forgotten how beautiful the world sounds. My wifes voice sounds ...
