watch Munch's video on youtube and go for it . you will learn as you go . get a good jig like he sells . and a good serving tool it will take a while to learn.

Aging, hope you are using a dust mask when you are sanding your stocks. I got the same thing when I was making recurve bows . it got to me had to quit. that hard wood is rough on a person. hope you are on the mend summer colds are the worst.

I have used these on turkeys and like them , they fly good out of a 355 with feathers and vanes. some folks like me have to see how things work and try it to see how big they open . that's what I did and the read the instructions :roll: UPSS. don't open more than 4 times this will cause the to open ...

thanks Don. solved the problem made a longer string 31 3/4 works good got about 5 twist in it. 1/4 "to the bumpers think I got the serving to wide will take care of that tonight. took about 30 shots and just a small amount of stretch. the other one I made was not going to stretch that far. than...

after 15 shots blu. the center serving . back to the drawing board. will make another and keep you posted. thanks Don

the first string that I made was 32" for my 355 it stretched so much I had to twist it till it looked like a piece of hemp . so the next one I made a 1/2 " shorter. and it ain't stretchen I used that D97 that you sent me . if the string is to far from the stops what do you think it will do...

what happens if your string is to short by 1/4 inch it's 1/2 " from the stops? . hopen it will stretch. shot it a dozen times or so
