Has anyone broadhead tested those screens for accuracy at 40y or more? I have a questions because I'm lookin...

Re: How many notches are in your stock?
Man - you guys are "cheating" In Ontario we only get 1 (one - uno) Deer tag per year and that has to be shared in the Early Bow, Gun, Late Bow, Blackpowder and Late, Late Bow season. Punch your ticket and you are out. 30 deer would be 30 "seasons" - spoiled brats  Tru...

Re: What to eat while in Tree Stand
Venison jerky and venison pepperettes to eat. Thermos of coffee to drink. Big fat cuban cigar to enjoy and gauge wind direction. If I wasn't paranoid about putting a bolt into my feet the coffee would be laced with baileys or alternatively replaced with a flask of scotch. Before anyone asks this is ...

The Vortex XBR is simply put damn awesome. I have had one on my 405 since July and just recently upgraded the scope on my 380 to one as well. The reticle is best I have used either illuminated or not and the illumination when turned on does not over expose the view at all unlike many other illuminat...

Re: Matrix 405 Mechanical Broadhead FAIL
Using NAP FOCs = 3 bolts with 3 deer down with full deployment.
I do use heavy bolts (490 grain total) to slow bolt speed out of the 405 to +/- 355 fps

Our camp is NE of Durham on the Saugeen and we saw very little during the gun week and heard the fewest # of shots in my memory in the surrounding area.
