Put a doe down
Saturday morning was opening day of gun season but I was hunting an archery only WMA. I've been hunting this place on and off for a few years, seeing deer most hunts but never getting a shot opportunity. My hunting area is about 3 miles in and you can't use an ATV to go to your stand. Carrying my bo...

Re: Anyone have experience with Primos Revolver grunt call?
I bought one last year. I seem to have lost it but I think I didn't like how it sounded over most of its range. I think the lower pitch grunt was ok though. For what it cost I probably wouldn't buy it again.

New limb set question
Today I got my new limbs for my 380 back from Mr. Miller after one of them developed a splinter on opening day. As you can see in the pic, there is a gap underneath the bracket beside the main limb bolt. There was no gap under the bracket before. The rubber pad is in place between the bracket and li...

No. Some people put the open side down and some put the open side up. Either way works fine.

With 125 grain tips your Diablos weigh 375 grains, not 325. You're ok.

Re: Matrix Built in Dry Fire Inhibitor?
The 355 doesn't come with the Guardian although your vendor may have installed it. Does your bow have a sort of T-shaped thing above the safety that you can push on? You can also look in front of the trigger claws that hold the string when cocked and see a latch sticking down into the rail. If you d...

The numbers are just a rough reference point. They usually aren't an accurate measure of your speed.

I've been wanting a 380 for a while now and I finally bought one Tuesday. I've put maybe 150 shots (wild guess) through it so far. I shot one at Bass Pro last year that had a terrible trigger but luckily my bow's trigger is pretty nice. I'm using a Danny Miller flemish string and his bumpers, too. I...

Re: New broad heads for 2015
I'm giving Swhackers a try. The 2" 100 grain heads hit about 1" left of my field points at 40 yards. I ordered a pack of the new 3 blade ones yesterday.
