If you're only hunting within a decent range with a crossbow, all this spine testing, indexing, vanes this way or that way, well, you have a lot of time on your hands, now for comp shooting and poking bulls eyes, have at it, get the most you can out of your set up if ya wanna win.....

short arrows n short distance to target/game, no worries bout spine, just keep the weight close n ur shots closer, its all good

what does your front insert weigh? maybe try changing your insert to something heavier

No worries man, just keep shootin a bow under the 500fps rule if it does happen, Im still shootin a recurve vertical bow at about 200fps an killin deer for the past 30yrs.....
