Eliminate what it could not be. Quills are fine - eliminate. You say you are using broadheads. Sight in with field points not broadheads. Now shoot your broadheads. Are your broadheads spinning true on your arrows - spin test them. The scope may be suspect, incorrect use of aiming points may be susp...

Stock Quills weigh 250 grs ish. You can use 100 gr tips if you want.No One wrote:On stock quills you need 150 grain tip not 125. If you want to hunt with 125 choose a different quill.

Accuracy may suffer when cocking by hand. It is possible that you could introduce nock travel by drawing the string off centre. Besides the strength involved, one must have to deal with the pinch (ouch).......on the shorter limbed bows. Decocking would be another reason not to do it.

7 , 7 shots on mine , just got it back .Right limb pooped out . Bone stock factory quills with 125 grn. fieldtips . Put 4 threw it tonight . 1000+ shots. 362 gr arrows. Vixenmaster D97 string. No limb failures.
