i thought i was going to be hunting ohio in 2 weeks,but lack of work,and no vacation pay cancelled it out.the ohio dnr was right on top of every question i had,and i had a email back from them in a short time.also in michigan if we had to register our deer at a check station,maybe michigans dnr coul...

we are only 2 for 4 this year,and emtremly good trackers for many years.the 3rd deer was found the 3rd day,and meated out by tree trimmers.real nice 8 pointer.we were with in 25 yards of that buck ,on a grid search.my nephew went back 3rd day from a gut feeling and believes it was his buck.horns cut...

you could have jumped her in that bed.how long was it from when you hit her.i always do a follow up grid search in day light.do all you can,and move on.many times when we think its not a good hit we find them latter.good luck Jim

i do like my lumizone scope.but saturday when it was 27 ,i had a hard time keeping outside lenze clear. it was stored outside so it wasnt a temperture change. the will of a large whitetail keeps him going.once over 2.5 years old he has grown wiser than many other deer.he has been hunted by both man and preditor.even after a good hit that will take 1/2 hour or more,he might just try to get back were he feels safe.it might be all the way to his bedding area...
