On my fifth shot of the day today, my string snapped at the right loop. My target was at 20 yards, and my arrow still hit it with about half the penetration of a normal shot and about 6 inches low. That leads me to believe that the arrow still absorbed quite a bit of the force. I'm still concerned ...

When its installed, push down on the spring up to closer to the adf, that will increase the downward pressure. Or if its still not installed, go ahead and bend it slightly.
