Thanks guys! This is just as fun to me as shooting my bows! I figured that I build my own arrows, now it was time to start maintaining my servings! I'll find out today how well I did reserving this string when I install it and start shooting it?

It’s quite easy. Type “[img]”, insert the link to your picture, (I use imgur.com) then “[/ img]”. Of course don’t inclue the “ or anything other than the picture link in between. Good luck!

Thanks to Boo! I finally finished my string serving jig today! I followed Boo’s instructions step by step like he explained in his videos to reserve my crossbow string! I used a Remington rubber slide on stock extender. I put a rubber wedge inside of it without trimming the excess rubber. It extended the stock by 2 1/2”! Good luck!

I’m using a Boo custom string on my Exocet and a Danny Miller string on my Ibex. Instead of searching for “ strings”, the trading post is a small sub forum and there are several members who advertise in threads there for Flemish strings. Good luck!

Just about all of those string makers listed in the classifieds all make excellent strings! I like Boos Custom Strings the best personally. Send any of them a pm and they will get you what you need! Good luck!
