Flemish string problem

I recently bought a new Vortex and ordered a FFF String #1989 at same time. Been shooting the factory string and have had no problems so a few days ago I decided to change strings and try to get most of the creep out of the new Flemish string. I installed it twisted up to the high mark and cocked th...

Re: Feel bad for this guy.

Good Lord. If that happened here I would own the whole town and part of the State also cause the school sytem would be mine also after all the lawsuits were finished. Funny thing is I carry 24/7 and usually have at least two weapons available. My home has pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, bows, ...

Re: Gun Registry

My little sister's father in law is a big gun collector. He had 18 high dollar rifles stolen out of a hidden gun safe in his home. The two guys that stole them got caught trying to sell them a few days later in another town and he got all but two back. It was two local cops that had robbed him. He h...

Re: took advantage of a nice warm day......

Got a new fly rod in the mail today - a custom 6'6" 3wt rod built with a fiberglass (Lamiglas) blank and single foot guides. With 60º (F) temperatures today I quickly mounted a reel I had loaded with a wf3f line on it and tried a few casts in the yard. http://i560.photobucket.com/albums/ss49/w...

I live inside the City Limits. This is a view a while back off my back deck on my property. Middle of food plot beside the tree is almost 150 yards away.

I am a life member and personally think anyone that appreciates owing a gun of any type should be a member also. Without the NRA we would have lost our rights under the Clinton administration.

Re: 2012 Deer Season Hunting

Well, I went to my Doctor and told him I needed a disability form so I could get a crossbow permit. He told me I would have to have a full physical for that so I agreed and had a physical done. Afterwards he said he had indeed found a problem. I asked "What problem Doc?" He said "You ...
