Arizona EZ fletch problems
I decided to do some arrow repair tonight. I was using an Arizona EZ fletchright helical for aluminum arrows. This is the first time I have used it. I was using vanetec vanes and goats tuff glue. More or less, I had no problems refletching the Gold tip laser 2 arrows. I did 4 or 5 of those. It was w...

Re: Strange shooting session
They are the gold tips 2's with brass inserts. I think the momentum thing may be right. I was pretty surprised.

Strange shooting session
I was shooting my excal equinox today and got some confusing results. I was shooting stock firebolts and 150 grain tips. I was also shooting Danny Miller arrows with 100 grain tips. The Danny Miller arrows weigh 405 grains and the firebolts and tip weigh 417 grains. I used the crankaroo on both and ...

Will this fly ok
I am thinking about puting a 125 grain 1 inch cut slick trick on a stock firebolt. Any thoughts on this combo? God or bad?

Re: Swhacker broadheads
I had posted the story on crossbow nation. I was the one who accidently killed 2 bison with one shot out of my tenpoint phantom. It passed through a cow and hit a bull in the neck. I think the arrow deflected in the body of the cow  I killed the wild pig with my Excal Equinox. The Excal is by f...

Re: Swhacker broadheads
I will be the first then. I killed two bison in May of this last year and a wild pig this last December. All with a crossbow.

Excalibur sight level
Has anyone here used the sight level by excalibur? It looks like it just sticks on. I was wondering if anyone knew of one that attached to the dovetail on the riser?

Re: excal x-act
I have never hunted wiht them but have shot them quite a bit during practice out of my Equinox. They fly great and penetration is super. They are a very high quality head. I couldn't imagine a properly hit animal going very far..they would leave a nasty hole.

Will this hurt my Bow?
I shoot an excal equinox with fastflight string, sts, firebolt, and 100 grain head. Will this hurt my bow, like crack my limbs?

Re: Excal Equinox kills wild pig
Not innapropriate at all. The first pig was 650 and the second pig was 550. A very expensive day to say the least. Out here it can be very difficult to find a guide who will take a crossbow hunter. He has one fine piece of land and pigs on public land are extremely scarce.

Re: Excal Equinox kills wild pig
I live in California. Central Coast Outfitters is Near Jalama Beach roughly one hour north of Santa Barbara. The guide also owns an Excal and has hunted successfully with it. Matt
