just wanted to give a shout out to viperx strings , what a great product !! An finally got a Excalibur stringer which as made life easier with the Excalibur. So far 2015 season I've gotten a maryland 5 point an a 16 in 7 point pa buck with the axiom an Im very blessed!!! now it's time to do some doe...

I'm sighted in at 20 with the main crosshair I'll have to experiment with it . I'm shooting a axiom 2219 20 in arrow with aluminum insert an aluminum nocks with 4 in vanes an 100 grain muzzy 3 blade 440 to 450 grain arrow guessing an maybe around 280 fps if guessing

Yeah figures to the only deer I saw all day here in pa an a decent buck for this area. Weather was just horrible here. well this evening it happened my first miss with a crossbow. Id say 16 to 17 inch 9 point, he came running in tonight an I bleated him an he stopped I thought it was 30 an shot right over his back after ranging it it was 22 yards. This miss is hard to swallow at the moment an is really stinging lol

Yes did all that an leveled the scope out just like I do with all my rifles. I think it's cause of the string stretching, took cotton ball over the cracks an no snagged fibers. Has for updating my profile haven't figured out how to on a IPhone 6 same has posting pics won't let me post any

typically how long do they last with proper care ? An are they a needed up grade for a crossbow ? Not real happy with Excalibur strings, always love vapor trail strings for my compounds But I've notice a lot of guys on here love their boo strings.
