Since alot of you are killing deer heres a simple meal and its very tasty.Marinade a deer roast or back straps in wishbone Italian dressing over night.WRAP it with strips of bacon, seal it with foil after you add alittle more dressing then bake it, the sealed foil almost steams it,don't over bake it...
