Re: what broadhead?
X2 for the Slick Tricks, nothing to go wrong and they shoot with my field points out to 40 yds. That is far as I have tried them. Dave

Re: Excal Speed vs; arrow weight?
I have a Nikon Bolt on both of my Micros. I am shooting 397 gr. Black Eagle Zombie at 328 to 330 fps. My crosshairs are set at 20 yds. the first circle is 30 yds and the second is 40 yds. The next circle is still a question mark, but I have no intentions of shooting beyond 40 yds at a deer. I tried ...

Re: Biggest buck you have taken with bow
My best is a 162 and change taken with an Elite Hunter and Slick Trick Broadheads. Buck was taken in Clark Co. Illinois on a farm that we had leased the hunting rights for whitetails. Have not hunted there for the past two years and I really miss it. Cost of hunting out of state is starting to be to...

Re: Quality inexpensive 3 D Targets for Crossbows ?
The Backyard Buck by Reinhart is very good and has a replaceable kill zone. The Kill Zone is about $50.00 and should last all season. I think that I paid about $160.00 for the whole target. That being said, the only good foam is the kill zone.

Re: Target for Broadheads???
They are too deep to get with pliers. I have checked the inserts on the arrows that I am using now and several came out on a twist- pull. Reinstalled with Loc Tight Super Glue and they seem ok.

Target for Broadheads???
I was shooting some Slick Trick Broad heads out of my Micro Nightmare last evening. What a pain in the butt!!. Buried part of the fletch at 40 yds in a block. So I tried another Block target and same results. The Rienhart 18/1 stopped them but I pulled out 2 inserts/Broad heads. Leaving perfectly go...

Re: Am I reading this right?...,,
I tried whiskers and they did quiet the bow a little, then I did a little testing thru the chrono. Micro Camo and Nightmare tested. First with the whiskers and a 415 gr Zombie 302 and 303 fps. Same string without the whiskers . Arrow was the same, 321, and 320 fps. When I tested with a 100 gr head t...

Re: Target
SpyderWeb!!! Just got mine and it is really nice. Penetration is about 4 to 5 inches and they pull so nice. No more gut busting pulling out of the rinehart.

Re: Noise in Nightmare
BikerBob 24 was spot on!!! Stripped down the Nghtmare, and found the trigger screws tight but not what I would call tight. Pulled both and LocTite on both and reinstalled to what I call tight. Noise is gone. I will be doing the same to my Camo 335. BikerBob24, thank you very much!! This is what you ...

Re: Noise in Nightmare
Are you talking about the 4 screws (2 each side ) rear of the scope rail? They are so tight it will take the heat of the fires of hell to get them loose. What dose the screw inside the trigger guard hold? I did tighten that screw and the one in the forearm.
