The Backyard Buck by Reinhart is very good and has a replaceable kill zone. The Kill Zone is about $50.00 and should last all season. I think that I paid about $160.00 for the whole target. That being said, the only good foam is the kill zone.

They are too deep to get with pliers. I have checked the inserts on the arrows that I am using now and several came out on a twist- pull. Reinstalled with Loc Tight Super Glue and they seem ok.

Are you talking about the 4 screws (2 each side ) rear of the scope rail? They are so tight it will take the heat of the fires of hell to get them loose. What dose the screw inside the trigger guard hold? I did tighten that screw and the one in the forearm.
