Usually most Excalibur bows digest most BH and Point combinations well but not always. Your 380 will prefer the stiffer BEZ over the Quills in most cases.

The ocular adjustment has no bearing on POI. Scopes do not come out of factory production focused to YOUR eye. We have to focus the reticle ourselves by adjusting the ocular ring found at the rear most position on our scopes. It is best to watch how-to videos and use the same method a qualified eye ...

Hitting the femur dead center on the exit side will slow the arrow down for sure but still counts as a pass through in my book!
