Re: The broad broadhead discussion

I’ve tried many broad heads through the years and I keep coming back to my spitfires because they just plain work. They shoot to within a half inch of my field tips and I’ve never had an issue with them opening up. I’ve taken several deer with my Vixen using the 125gr Spitfire and stock firebolts to...

Re: BOWTECH/EXCALIBUR COMING TO A THEATER NEAR ME!

I bought my first crossbow from the bow shop I used in 2004, the year they became legal in Georgia. I used this guy with my compound bows for years. I had right rotator cuff surgery in 2002 and had to sit the entire 2003 season on the side line. If crossbows hadn’t became legal my doctor was going t...

Re: Micro Delima!

As mentioned both will kill anything you want. If you’re only hunting deer and speed is not a priority the 308 is a sweet little bow. I’ve shouldered one a few times and was close to pulling the trigger when I came across a smoking deal on a micro 355. If you plan on hunting larger game the 355 give...

Re: HOW FAR DO YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL TO PRACTICE SHOOTING YOUR CB?

The county I live in has a public park with an archery range about 15 minutes from my house. The only problem is that the local archery club has an agreement with the county that if they maintain the range they can use it for their events. That is the only time it is closed to the public, but they h...

Re: 308 Short questions

Sounds to me like your on the right track!! :D That’s what I love about Excalibur’s...you can customize it how you want. The stock arrows will absolutely hold their own at normal hunting ranges. If you want a heavier arrow that’s fine but I can bust nocks at 40yds with my quills and micro 355 all da...

My deepest condolences on the loss of your baby. They are truly and without a doubt man’s best friend.
Rest assured knowing your boy will be waiting for you on the other side of the rainbow bridge.

I will be using my new micro 355 with the stock quills and 125gr spitfires.
My bulldog 380 will be my first back up.

Owning four Excalibur’s

I swear I should have my head examined for owning four Excalibur’s. These four bows and my OCD are going to be the death of me. I’m getting them ready for bow season and this is my routine...weigh all arrows and cull down to the six that match closets in arrow and broad head weight x four bows. Chec...

Re: Micro 355 ?

I have a micro 355 and love it. As mentioned earlier it is a beast to cock by hand. I have a 380 also and to me it’s harder than the 380. I bought the charger XT so now it’s a non issue with both. As with all Excalibur’s deadly accurate.
