Fire up the Brinkmanship smoker with water pan removed. Bout 6 hours later take it to the spam counter, grab the bone t...

Re: Hunting Public Land
Chris, I grew up wading the swamps also. Last year I ran 2 miles down a small stream, then unloaded a 10' kayak and paddled the slough systems. I was wondering as to how you scout these areas. I wind up scouting far more than I actually hunt. I am always looking for that "perfect" setup an...

Chris,
Have shot some nice deer on the "Forever Wild" land near here. Also used to hunt some of the "Corps" land with good luck.

Re: Shooting Distance
Always a lively topic. Based on being around for several decades I have concluded that some folks just have a knack for certain skills. Hard work can hone these skills to a level most of us will never approach. As an example may I point out an archer/hunter from times past that hailed from my home s...

Re: Locating Vendetta button on Exocet
Aero- You are correct about the ring. I fiddled around with the Vendetta brackett and it lines up pretty good. After several shots it can vibrate out of alignment slightly. I usualy check mine prior to heading out or just after settling in, takes about a minute.

Small dab of superglue. I removed it from an earlier placement, reapplied, no problem.

I'm sure there are several ways of doing this. But this is how I wound up doing mine.
