Actually this pict. was sent to me a while back as an "Auburn" smoke detecter. Auburn is a cross state football rival from my hometown University of Alabama --(Nicks boys) :D

From my very bestest venison cookbook (The Complete Venison Cookbook) the author states that from a 10 lb. hindquarter with bones that around 5 lbs. of lean meat can be expected, and from that 5lbs. one can expect about 2 lbs. of dried jerkey.

Scope magnification

I live in a state that has legalised crossbows for 3 years now, which is good, but they only allow scopes of 1x magnification. What is the magnification of the 2 scopes offered by Excalibur?

Thanks for all the input, I had not thought of the tubing being for the comfort of hand cocking. I have made a good many adjustments to the first string before i switched to the flemish string. Thanks for the reply, I have been doing as you stated, just moving it a round to a good spot, but if this string does'nt hurry up and settle in i dont know if it will last much longer.
