Re: Crossbow hunting death in NC

There are a lot of guys hunting that feel that pressure of a must harvest, but what happened to aim small, miss small? I just cannot imagine how these accidents keep happening! It sure puts the good hunters in a bad light! Tragic for both families really.

My next will be the 330, and of course a Trigger Tech! I'll probably cut some Zombies to 16" for that one!

Re: Triggertech matrix hunter

$179 just about 3 weeks ago for mine, $14 for the trigger lever from Wyvern Creations, they went up in price about 4 months ago. Worth every cent! Yep. My 355 is 3/4". Just go same distance off bumpers. You'll be fine!

Re: I have a confession to make

I set mine 1/8" off the bumpers, shot 40 yards, dead on. Through the chrony. Got 343 fps. Raised it to 1/2" got 341 fps. At 40 yards maybe 3/8" lower. I set my sting about 1/4" off the bumpers, and leave it cocked all day in the stand knowing it will hit where I aim.

Nice shot! Sounds like pulling that trigger is a liitle rough, but you held on target. Congrats!
