Re: Firenocks
I use the firenocks in both my 355 and my 380 with absolutely no problems. There is a bit of a learning curve installing them, and they are not cheap, but everything I've read about the others out there, I'm not changing soon?

Quiver Size
Bought a M330 to compliment my M380, and as I was loading up my quivers I notice one is qbout 3 inches shorter.I believe it came with the 330, the camo matches. Did I get the right one? The short one looks like it should maybe go with a Micro. Just asking.

Re: Opinion on Thermacell?
Took one bear hunting, wish I had taken an extra 10. Could have sold them and paid for the hunt. Don't leave home without it.

Decocking Problem
I have a M380, new in February. Been shooting quite a bit all summer, while stretching out a couple Flemish strings. Now I'm working on decocking it and have run into some trouble. I hook my stringer up, pull up on one side, release safety, push ADF, and pull the trigger (2 stage Trigger Tech). The ...

Cocking rope
A friend gave me a Barnett Crossbows 16110 Multi-Tool Rope Cocking Device. The padded handles look nice. Allen wrenches not so much.Does anyone know if these handles and hooks would be strong enough to cock my Matrix 355 and 380?

Rope
Does anyone know what rope Excalibur uses with their cocking rope, or what Danny Miller uses with his string changer. After reading a lot of info here, I figured that it was Amsteel Blue 3/8 rope. Ordered some, and found it is considerably bigger. Paracord appears smaller.

Loose trigger
I installed a Trigger Tech trigger into my new M380 about 2 months ago. And have shot it maybe 50 times. Today I was looking things over and discovered that the whole trigger box could be moved. Took stock off and found the 2 Allen screws that hold trigger assembly to rail were loose. When I traded ...

Re: Waxing Strings / Ropes
Boo, when you say cranking aid, do you mean the string changer/brace height changer rope? That's the rope that is showing some wear. Also, where might one find cocker rope, and or string changer rope. (the kind attached to the big white plastic blocks).

Waxing Strings / Ropes
I keep my string waxed regularly, but I was wondering if anybody here keeps their stringing aid or cocking ropes waxed or use some other preservative on them? They both have some wear showing on them. Not a lot, but some.

Very cool. What was your set up for the videos? Camera, mount, etc. How far were the shots?
