info on xbow camera mount-help please

I'd like to find a camera mount to fit on my 380 so I can set up my tiny camcorder. Possibly attached to the scope???? Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: Best tripod/bipod/other for Equinox/Matrix 380 crossbow

Check out the Primos Trigger Stix. They come in mono, bi, or tri pod. They don't attach but are great for blinds or stands. Rock solid and adjust by simply squeezing the trigger on the handle and release it when you're at whatever hight and angle you want. They also self level so you can be on a sid...

Re: Matrix Upgrades

Looks awesome. Great colors. I can't wait to get my brass inserts from Danny so I can put my Firebolts put together. Anyway, looks fantastic. Great choice.

Re: goodbye Exomax 225, hello Matrix 380!

I think the size of the new Matrix line up, is by far its best attribute, and using an F350 diesel for pulling a utility trailer could be the same analogy! Congrats on your Matrix, I enjoyed the refinements from previous models too. Thank you. Just to clarify, I'm not calling or assuming any...

Re: goodbye Exomax 225, hello Matrix 380!

?? Huh??? What???(where's the head-scratching icon) I shoot an old Exomag 200 and see no reason to change up to those new fangled ones. Deer's dead either way. Look at it this way, a 2000 Ford F250 XL will get you to the same place as a 2013 F350 XLT LARIAT Diesel. Only difference is one is a MUCH ...

goodbye Exomax 225, hello Matrix 380!

I just traded up to the new Matrix 380 and I can't believe how much these xbows have improved. The entire feel, balance, light crisp trigger...amazing!!! Also, MUCH quieter and dead on the shot. I love the new compact size. This really is incomparable to the earlier models. Good job to the folks at ...

Re: anti-dry fire on Matrix 355

Hey folks. Looks like Santa may be bringing me a Matrix 355 for Christmas and I'm wondering if the ADF is even needed on the 355. I see videos where people dry fire older versions of Excalibur bows but I wonder if the new models may have enough energy into smaller limbs resulting in the need to be ...

Brass inserts???

So here's the thing. I currently shoot an x omax 225 with 100gr points and will be upgrading to the 380 tomorrow. I'd love to keep shooting the same point weight because of the way the toxic broadheads have performed. I can cut and square my Firebolts to 18" but would like to buy some 50-75gr i...

Re: 3 hogs in 4 days

If you're a non texan you can buy a 5 day exotics license that will cover hogs. You can buy the license all over, even Wal-Mart. Good luck.

3 hogs in 4 days

Just got back from my friends' place and smacked a 260lbs, 292lbs., 90lbs hogs. What's great is my buddy was kind enough to do all the work because of some injuries I'm sporting. My exomax 225lbs. with lumenoks on firebolts behind my toxic broadheads were awesome performers. One heart shot and two d...

Re: Exomax 225 vs Matrix 380

WOW!!! Thanks for all the input. Yeah, I'm aware that my E max is more than enough bow for anything I may hunt. I guess I just like the idea of a smaller, faster, lighter bow. I've also been told its quieter. The adf option is also a plus.

Re: Exomax 225 vs Matrix 380

Hmmmm...I see where you're going with this. I'm a little embarrassed to admit I haven't thought of that yet if it was for a new bow that would've been an obvious consideration. When does Excalibur usually introduce its new line up? I know the rest of the archery world starts around October.
