Re: New member needs lots of advice
Here is what I've been able to come up with. Using the arrow and components i listed above, using a 125 gr broadhead with a 92 gr insert total weight of 432.8 with a FOC of 19.01 %. If I use a 100 gr broadhead with 92 gr insert total weight of 407.8 with a FOC of 17.28 %. With a 110 gr insert, 125 b...

Re: New member needs lots of advice
Being rather new to figuring out setting up an arrow for this bow, what are your thoughts on these two set ups ? I like the Nock Out lighted nocks because of their simplicity. Can't change batteries but at around 25.00 for three, I could buy almost nine for the price of three Firenocks. The problem ...

Re: New member needs lots of advice
I've settled on what I will add to this bow to make it what I want. I'm looking now at arrows. Think I've settled on BEE's. Looking for some thoughts on shaft length when using either a 125 gr Spitfire or 125 gr Killzone's. Luminocks are a nust also. With those choices about what total weight arrow ...

Re: New member needs lots of advice
Thank you. I figured out that Wyvern wasn't Dan. I have dealt with David before and was well pleased. I see SO many accessories for the Excals. I've read that the 330 is noisy. Is that true. If so is the 355 any quieter ? I'd like to quiet down either as much as possible. What the heck are the air b...

New member needs lots of advice
Hello everyone. I've decided to sell my wheeled xbow and get a Matrix 330. I like the simplicity that the Excalibur brings. A couple questions to start. Is it wise to buy a bare bow and trick it out as I please ? What scope, quiver, arrows/broad head weight? Using the bow for whitetail only here in ...
