I bought nap quick fletch to try out, i bought the 100gr shockwave that says good up to 310fps.
My Matrix is pumping out more horses than that so i'll have to shoot one to see if it opens in flight.

Congrats on your matrix! I did shoot the crossbow Rage heads out of my matrix 355 and they were dead on bullseye!

Take some kite string and measure at home 10yds and cut it then put it on the ground to measure 10yds,20,30.I'd put a branch or log in those yardages.
Don't worry about scent,just spray down or wear rubber boots.

I never had a dry fire but my problems were caused by myself and twisting the wrong way!I'm sure you're strings are good to go!

I wear military camo and just wash it with scent free soap and then spray down with scent away spray before hunting.That's all you need.
