Re: 40 yards, free hand!
I no longer have the Bolt! I don't see any reason that would prevent you from using the tool though. The base is a little narrower than a Blazer vane, and the length is 2", should work!

Re: question about my exomax
Jeff, these are heading your way. Call Danny Miller, there might be something going on to cause premature failure. Here are a few questions that came up in my mind: Are you taking the string off in the winter, and letting the limbs rest on the pads? Do you have the brace set too low? Just asking, ho...

Re: 40 yards, free hand!
Not true! I took my first shot at 15 yards, and I had to go hunting for that arrow!

Re: 40 yards, free hand!
Oh, at 15 yards, these pups were buried! I had to push them out of the plywood behind the target! Fun stuff.

Re: black executioner with FOC's
I recommend the Zombies with the obnoxious graphics! I don't know how they make them 25% stiffer with only .1 grain per inch more weight, but they are tough as a dump truck, and hit HARD! Just saying.

40 yards, free hand!
Put together some more LP vaned Zombies, and shot some 40 yard free hand shots into the garage to check them out. They are 11 grains heavier than my first batch due to the aluminum rear nocks. My neighbor likes to egg me on, and called me names I won't repeat because I would not shoot the same hole ...

Re: TOP MOUNTED QUIVERS
Yep, it sure is. I have a pack that holds all my gear, and blind, chairs, etc. The back has straps, and a pocket to put the end of a compound bow limb, or gun, or crossbow stock in, with the top mount quiver, it cinches up real tight, and don't move around when walking!

Re: TOP MOUNTED QUIVERS
Thanks for the feedback! It all makes good sense. I have not used any of the quiver mounts in the past as I have always carried my quiver on my backpack but have recently been thinking about adding the quiver to the bow. I am going to strongly consider a top mounted quiver. Any issues with loading ...
