Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Hello all. I want to thank my first listed supporter "Bugs", for the upcoming petition to the Ontario Government to get responsibility for fish and game licensing back here in Ontario. This is going to take quite a bit of time to launch and establish, but I am committed to this project. An...

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Hi. Erik here. I am the 5th post in on this topic. Kinda pissed off by some of the other posts having an "oh well at least the job went to the U.S." attitude. I reiterate, postage for the fish/game licenses is being paid from the Special Purpose Account. That's the one that is supposed to ...

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
Wabi asked: "Any idea what the name of the company handling the system is?"
Just looked through some recent Ontario Out Of Doors magazines. Found it in the March edition (Fishing Annual 2012). The company is Active Outdoors of Nashville Tennesee.
Regards, Erik.

Re: Should Our Government ship Jobs out of Country
I am not sure why the decision was made to contract the hunting and fishing license system out, but I do know that I am not pleased to be getting my deer license and seal from a company based in Nashville, Tennesee, U.S.A. This company was the only one to respond to the tender. Still, as our informa...

The ad I.D. number is 400069847 The hunts are from Sept. 1 to Oct.1 Another one in Madoc offering 3 days at $75 to $100 per day. Ad I.D. is 3948127...

Re: ThermaCell Question
The instructions on the Thermacell leaflet inside the box specifically states that the unit must lay flat with the grill facing up. If you have it set vertically, it will shorten the life of the appliance. Regards, Erik.

Re: irst day of dery on lake ontario
Hey DUTCH. I was out there on Saturday as well and had a great time despite the short lived storm. Aboard Safety Dude Charters we boated 9 fish. The first strike was a Hog! Lost it. Broke the line on us as it was stripping the spool. All tackle gone! A great day nonetheless. Glad you had a good time...

Re: Bear Hunting Shows
There's four dedicated bear hunting videos from Team Backwoods. All are filmed in Canada and dedicated to archery with the exception of Newfoundland. I bought mine through Bear Hunting Magazine.
