Re: Quill Arrow Accuracy

I have shot arrows with no fletching to 50 yards (w field points) and still maintained reasonably good accuracy.

....EVERY time I have accuracy issues it is a loose screw!

Re: How Many Bolts

I try to carry 5 if I'm stalking the timber..one in the bow and the quiver loaded. I carry 4 broadheads and 1 roving point. This year it was SlickTricks and a RipTrick for the rover. Seems that when things go bad...they usually go REAL bad!.. Shot 3 broadheads and went and gathered 2 of them up (los...

Re: ZOMBIE SLAYER Best Buy?

That has been my experience too... cheapest to buy them made up and then slice off perfectly good fletching with my pocket knife so I can add the proper fletch with my "Bolt" tool :?

Re: Best Target

I use the feed bag packed with old clothes for broadheads and field points... Field points slide out with two fingers and I've never been able to shoot through the bag with broadheads even with the 380. But I do shuffle the clothes during every retrieval. Broadhead removal I just point the arrow up ...

Re: What Sling Is On Your Xbow Show Pics

Here is the cobra that I made for the Lynx...The white is actually Glow-in-the-Dark because I use it for night predator hunting. http://castboolits.gunloads.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=160181&d=1454823085 I made it so I can carry my bow in front like an M60 by a S-Biner that clips into an ey...

Re: Had the ghost blind out this weekend

I suppose you could quickly "become" the hunted, if a big buck caught sight of his reflection and decided to challenge   Now that would be worth the price of admission!! A couple years ago I went out in my yard and discoverd that my brand new whitetail 3D target was missing...H...

Re: BRUSH OR SPRING ARROW RETAINER?

So about the brush hold down,,,there is that guy on the Nation forum that completely re-built his M380. You wouldn't believe all the things he has done to his bow...Some of his modifications are innovative, some "not-so-much"...some may even qualify as completely ridiculous  ...
