I have shot arrows with no fletching to 50 yards (w field points) and still maintained reasonably good accuracy.

That has been my experience too... cheapest to buy them made up and then slice off perfectly good fletching with my pocket knife so I can add the proper fletch with my "Bolt" tool

How are you fleshing them?

I use the feed bag packed with old clothes for broadheads and field points... Field points slide out with two fingers and I've never been able to shoot through the bag with broadheads even with the 380. But I do shuffle the clothes during every retrieval. Broadhead removal I just point the arrow up ...
