Cutting Down a Rail

I want to convert an exocet 200 to a 150lb draw. Any idea if anyone in Canada can cut and machine the rail? I know Danny Miller does but would like not to deal with trans-border issues. Thx,

I used a Tasco and a have had some experience with another brand which eludes me. I'd say middle of the line hollow sites but I will never go back.

Thanks guys another lesson I leaned for those of you who might be in the same predicament is at the first sign of trouble I should have removed the string and limbs, but the riser in a good solid clamp (without damaging it) and really focused on getting it out with a good allen key. I di for the first two years but gave it up becasue with mu bad eye site I needed the magnification and light gathering capability of a good (magnified) scope

Thanks Guys i have already shredded that bolt pretty badly. I will let it soak as you suggested till sunday then give it one more try with heat, cold and anything in between and the nut removal tool that I can hopefully buy today. Good point all I had was hoppes #9 and I let it sit or about two hours but i should probably apply it again and let it sit overnite. Thanks for that.

When you reach your goal and get it removed I suggest insurance by chasing your threads with a tap soaked in tapping fluid to clean the rust out. I see some rust in your riser/mainframe threads too. I did remove the string and froze the riser then brought it inside and applied some heat from a soldering iron to the aluminum.
