Re: 2017 Turkey in Ontario

I have hunted turkeys in 14 states and provinces and of those only 3 allowed you to use the tags in either season with a couple restrictions.

Re: #5 Takes A Dive

Must be nice ! I have one tag and have passed on 11 deer so far since Oct1st as the season goes until Dec 31st and there are some nice bucks around that I am still hoping to get a crack at . It would have been nice to put a couple does in the freezer but apparently the poulation is too low around he...

Re: Can I use the old string yes or no?

That's true I'm far from being perfect myself ! I guess I was a bit ticked off that u couldn't bother to answer but shouldn't have polluted this thread with my bias. I should have just let it ride thanks for the offer I'm over it now and actually kinda sorry for bringing it up.

Re: Can I use the old string yes or no?

I doubt I have 100 shots on this string and the servings on all my exo max came apart well under 100 shots my compound has well over 500 shots and servings are all fine. And it's a bowtech lol. I thought it might be u I figured no answer after 2 years u were out of business but I guess just to busy ...

Re: Can I use the old string yes or no?

I shot bows for years and never had a serving fall apart like the excals do I just never worried about it because I could reserve it myself. With the string loop I just twisted them to make them smaller but with the served loop I haven't tried to do that not sure if you can .oh and thanks the respon...

Re: Tree Harness

Oh by the way when I was kid I used to climb 100 foot trees all the time until a buddy fell and was paralyzed ! Just because you did something stupid for years and beat the odds doesn't mean your immune hope your luck holds because if it don't you'll be another one of those guys if you survive that ...

Re: Tree Harness

Ya you cant fall from a ladder stand. The taxidermist I take my deer to on Kansas was out trimming trees before season and was on ground no harness. He decided to move a ladder stand that he was wanting to move for a while. He didn't have his harness to attach to his safety line. He climbed up to re...

Re: Can I use the old string yes or no?

Interesting ! The thing for me is I have a micro I bought last december. I don't shoot it much and if you looked at my string compared to a new one it looks just like the one you post from the broken limb tip. On my old exomax the loops did not have a serving like the micro. I find that I liked this...

Re: Flat or Moon?

I know that the experts say only use flat nocks in the excals but for me when I bought my exomax 20 or so years ago I couldn't get the supplied flat knock arrows to fly well. I bought some arrows on sale at a hardware store and they all had the half moon nocks. They shot so well out of my bow that t...
