Re: Sight in excitement
After that excitement is when you hand him your Excalibur to shoot and explain how easy it is to keep them up and running at home. If an Excalibur does have a limb issue you can have it up and running again in less than a week . This friend of yours will be lucky have his bow back in time for the op...

Re: Excaliburs survey
I filled out a survey and yes that was the impression I got also that they are looking to pull out and head overseas.
That will make my 3 Excalibur's made in Canada that much more dearer to me.
I could get buy with my long limber, Matrix and Micro If I have to.

Re: New string ?
I would probably put the new Flemish string on set the brace height and sight in with that and keep the factory string as a backup.

Re: Maybe it's just me....
You will pay about $1000 for a Henry and that is if you can find one to buy they are hot sellers these days. I have not handled a new Ruger/ Marlin yet but have herd nothing but rave reviews on them. I do not think they will be coming down in price any time soon. I think it is crazy to spend $2.000 ...

Re: Upgrade or not?
I am a former Equinox owner my self and that is a wonderful bow. I would second the vote for the Mag 340 it is a very good value for the money and it is close in speed to the Equinox but much shorter and not as wide. It is not exactly light in weight but a much more handy bow. The draw weight is sto...
