Any experience with shots over 50? Thanks I shot my M380 at a public range awhile back and at 60 yards the target penetration was unreal. While hunting a couple days ago I noticed a small splinter on the inside of the limb near the edge... it is about the size of a toothpick on one end and tapering to nothing on the other. The splinter is in the limb only the last 1/2"... Is this safe to shoot.. We're right in the middle of hunt...

I made what I believe to be a solid shot on a big doe yesterday evening. Barely found the arrow and lost the deer.

What part of MO are you in? That sounds like a good deal to me. Even if you decide you don't want that "old" bow at that price I am sure you could sell it easily and might even be able to make a few $ to the right buyer. My motto so far has been you can't have too many bows (guns, knives....

I have the opportunity to pick up a 2013 Vortex vari-zone package bow with about a dozen BEE arrows for about $550. Was thinking of using this as a backup to the M380.
