I wonder if you could use Linex like what they spray in truck beds for a liner. They will spray anything you want. Probably wouldn't cost anything to do and that stuff is like a tough as nails rubber type coating. Bet that would work awesome.

Welcome and congratulations on the Vortex! Awesome bow! Don't really know that I would recommend the plus side of forty yards though for hunting. It's archery equipment, thus a SHORT range tool.
