Re: Testing broadheads so far

I can't wait to get home every night and read more about the broad head testing/data being done by guys like you and Sumner. Really good and very informative. Hurry up and test the X-acts! Really curious about those.

Re: Do crossbows shoot bolts or arrows?

It's just a pointy stick whats got feathers glued on it and gets shot by a strang. Thats all it is........but technically/historically I think that "arrow" is most correct.

Re: Hunting Licenses. How much is too much?

Here in Alabama an annual hunting license costs us $24.00. This is for ALL game...Deer, Turkey and ALL small game. We are a very pro hunting state and are very fortunate that the vast majority of Alabamians are pro hunting. It's just kinda ingrained in our culture here. In this day that we live....w...

Re: Crossbows in WV? Call your legislators.

Dash, we are a constitutional republic here in the U.S. Under greater attack now from within than ever before. We still (so far) are not controlled totally by a central government. Each state is intended to be sovereign and still is in many respects. I.E we govern ourselves. As far as game laws and ...

Re: Wheres the old timers?

I will have to second that in regards to Mr. Awshucks. I'm a new guy here also and have learned a ton from reading posts from you older/more experienced fellas. Awshucks (Dan) PM'd me a couple of times as well with some very useful info and a bit of advice and it was very much appreciated. He didn't...

Re: price match question

I don't really know if they will or not, but my guess would be NO. You really have to look and research a little, but you can find the bow and all manner of accessories at really low prices on the net. Compared to Cabela's and the like. I bought a bow and accessories from xbows plus on line. No prob...
