Now it looks like a cool mini 22-250. Ground hogs and fox are not safe at 250 yards, 300 yard head shot plant them. Probably 600 groudh...

At one time I was given (50) 2213 Easton arrows-free (lucky me). Our Exomax pushes these out at about 353 fps with 100 grain tips. Overall weight is about 352 grains with feathers and carbon rear insert and aluminum fronts. The max has never complained and flight characteristics are good.

At "Princess Auto" here in Ontario I found a braided computer lock/cable (long) for $10. Not the thickest cable but not heavy either, like bicycle locks. I thought "perfect" for $10 I can get myself some decent security with a lengthy coated cable and a nice double keyed brass lo...

Most bullets in the "Varmint Style" example- Nosler Ballistic tips and other rapidly expanding bullets fro Hornady, Sierra should do the trick without much pelt damage. These bullets rapidly expand and expell most KE inside the varmint. Front on chest shots with this style of bullet very m...

Re: Spring Bear Hunt

Ted Nugent: wasn't he the one who got the spring bear hunt canceled here in Ontario? We are still hurting from this in Northern Ontario. Other provinces have kept their hunts, so why shouldn't we have one? MJS You must have your facts and names very mixed up....NO he did not get the spring bear hun...

In the early 90's I was the Ontario Director for his Magazine "World Bowhunters"....sat shoulder to shoulder with him a few times. His wife Shermaine wanted my wife Patti to star in one of her" Rock And Roll " workout videos, unfortunatly they lost contact. Those were very exciti...
