I saw two scrapes when I hunted last weekend and there are lots of rubs around. The only buck I saw was pretty small and didn't show any rutting characteristics. With several frosts and freezes in this week's forecast, I think we're getting close.

Sorry for what happened and glad that you are home and healing. I don't know when Indiana's season ends, but I hope you are well enough to get in a couple of hunts before it closes. Our bow season goes until Jan. 15, so if your season closes earlier, come to Missouri and shoot one of our deer.
