Re: Cub ready to go.

I love my Cub it is a great bow for the $ and I killed a couple deer last year without issue. Even shot through the shoulder of one doe on the entrance side of the shot and still put the arrow in the dirt on the far side of her.. You can't hardly ask for more than that.

Re: Thoughts on a Cub ?

I bought a Cub last fall set it up with a matrix length string and killed a couple of deer with it without issue one. I sold an Axiom to be able to buy the cub and have no regrets in doing so.. I feel very comfortable with the reliability of my Cub and have no qualms about it being my only bow...

Re: O.T. take my hand

I am not sure that any words could convey quite what I feel for your situation.. I will say that I am sorry for your losses and the present situation that you are in.. I have had some bad times myself and will say that the rain will fall and the sun will shine, winter is cold and stark and yet sprin...

Re: OK, I Missed But Why

Have you shot your broadheads with this combination you are hunting with? Lots of even mechanical broadheads will not shoot where your field points hit..

Re: ?? on lighted nocks

I have used one brand or the other of lighted nocks for three years now and have to say that they help so much with finding your arrows when hunting and seeing the impact point when the light is low, I would not hunt without them... They have helped me find all of the arrows I have shot with them on...

Re: Magnus Broadhead Questions

I shot the Magnus 125gr 4 bladed Buzzcut out of my Axiom and they flew great and hit very consistently not with my fieldpoints though. I still used them until my son snagged them all from me one day.. They are great heads and perform very well... BTW I was shooting them with 2219's and Blazers with ...

Re: Max grains (grams?)

Thanks, I shot my aluminum eBay arrows today with half moon nocks. Approx 480grains or 31grams total weight. The feathers are not as rigid as I would have liked, but overall they seem to work well enough, especially for the price. However you do need to take care and load these bolts carefully, mak...

Re: Aluminum Arrows

I guess I am in the minority.. I love my aluminum arrows they shoot great but I have only used them in relatively low powered bows.. They shot great out of my Axiom and shoot great out of my Super Cub... I have one that has been shot through 4 different deer and it still spins as straight as the day...

Re: Cocking a 310

I have a Cub with Matrix string on it which is basically a Black Grizzly. Same specs as the 310 only with a composite rail.. The bow I had before was an Axiom and I have to say that the "Super Cub" is easier to cock that my Axiom was..
