Re: Super Cub Strikes....
Congratulations! This is the first kill I have seen using the Cub. You proved what a lot of people have said, it isn't the speed of the arrow as much as the shot placement. You obviously made a good shot. All of Excalibur's hunting bows have plenty of power to kill deer at ranges under 35 yards, es...

Re: lighted nocks
I love my Ignitors they work great and today after shooting a doe in the morning and looking for the nock tonight I found it inside the deer between the shoulder and the rib cage still lit after being driven between the shoulder and torso.. I have nothing but good things to say about these nocks and...

Re: Super Cub Strikes....
BTW I have to say that the Nufletch Ignitor nock have exceeded my expectations... I went tonight to find the end of the shaft with the nock in it and couldn't find it even though it didn't appear to be in the deer or any where on the ground.. Curiosity got the better of me and I cut the shoulder loo...

Super Cub Strikes....
I haven't had the greatest season so far, just too many commitments and not enough time hunting.. Lots of bad weather mixed in as well as a string of bad luck didn't help.. That all changes this morning. We started out with a little rain an then the deer popped out of the ground like mushrooms in a ...

Re: Longest Service...
Woodville! it's been years and probably could not find the place hunted there easy anymore. There were deer though. I do recall low ground with some cedars on the big curve that always caught my eye for some reason.... Waif; I was born and raised here will probably die here it is a great place to h...

Re: Longest Service...
The reason I asked was that before I had to go to crossbows my vertical bow a Darton was over 20years old, but after my brain tumor I could no longer shoot it... So I started with a Horton then a Wicked Ridge and now I have an Axiom and plan on hunting with it as long as I can. Hopefully 30+ years f...

Re: Broadhead for Kodiak Bear
I was going to recommend the VPA also. You can't beat the toughness of the head and great flight plus the blades hold an edge better going through bone like ribs than any other head I know of including Slick Tricks....
