Yes..my first cams years ago were WGI (non cell) and they barely lasted one season…my only experience with cell is SPYPOINT and they have disappointed me ( too expensive and lousy signal) Try these... Do the “red dot” sights everyone is mentioning have any magnification? They sound like a nice alternative to a scope but my old eyes need some magnification to see horns…

Amazing the dexterity in flight the smaller hawks/falcons have! Always a joy to see them in action…that said, all I “usually” see is the aftermath of feathers and blood splotches on the ground.
Owls are another of those amazing birds!

Saw that video a while back…I also thought it strange. I can only imagine they had run the buck ragged and in a weakened state, he had to take a stand. He had been harassed from behind as you said. A damned shame but that’s nature at its worst.
